PE Global are currently recruiting for a HR Intern / Graduate for a Multinational Pharmaceutical client in Cork. Role: The HR intern will be a member of the HR Operations team & will be a supportive role helping with the day to day HR activities and projects for the region. This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to gain a general HR working experience in a fast moving environment and in a large multinational company. Manage and continuously improve the HR activities and processes. Support site on-boarding program. Interpret, implement and answer queries related to HR processes, procedure and policy, ensuring consistency and reinforcing adherence. Maintain records for protected leaves i.e. Parental; Force Majeure etc. Coordinate the College Placement and Summer Dependent Programs on site. Present HR modules at monthly site induction. Ensure compliance with cGMP and other business compliance regulations and participate in audits as required. Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports such as headcount, audit, step increases and work life balance.
