Responsibilities. Coach and facilitate team member on tools and techniques to analyse and improve business processes. Solves organizational problems by analysing business requirements. Create and /or improve planning & logistics processes, mindsets & behaviours through use of the Lean six sigma Toolkit. Ensure the highest Quality, Compliance and Safety standards. Documenting processes and designing solutions. Conducts interviews with key project stakeholders and document and present the results. Recommends process improvements and alternative solutions. Assists business users, project managers and leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects. Facilitates change management efforts associated with various projects. Education & Experience. Degree or 3rd level qualification in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Systems. At least three years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry with experience in a planning or an operations environment. Certified to Green Six Sigma Belt is essential for this role. Process mapping skills essential. Advanced PC skills in Excel. Interested candidates should submit an updated CV.
