Payroll Specialist required to r un weekly/monthly payrolls for all business entities in both Ireland and UK covering over 800 employees and complete within set deadlines. Duties: • Liaise with HR regarding payroll amendments. • Ability to calculate manual Gross to Net calculations. • Ownership of P45 submissions. • Liaise with all legal entity financial accountants & pension managers. • Implement all legislative changes and any new procedures. • Complete payroll bank reconciliations. • Monthly P30 and annual P35 submissions to Revenue. • Update of work instructions & SOP’s. • Participation in internal and external audits. • Involvement in various payroll projects as required. • Deal with all internal and external payroll queries. Experience. • IPASS qualified with minimum 3+ years payroll experience (in a large volume employee environment. • Excellent interpersonal, planning and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with people internally and externally. • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality required. • Strong knowledge of business acumen and commercial awareness. • Advanced computer literacy with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite (in particular Microsoft Excel. • Previous use of Core Pay and Oracle an advantage.
