Sigmar Recruitment have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Validation Manager to work with our market-leading client based in Cork. This is a permanent role, offering a competitive package. The overall purpose of this role is to manage our client’s business unit, ensuring all validation and service activity is carried out in an accurate, efficient and professional manner. The successful candidate will report directly to the managing director. Core Duties & Responsibilities: Manage validation and servicing activities in cleanrooms, LAF’s, isolators and lab equipment across controlled environments. Generation of regular and accurate reports. Effectively manage and support a team of 5-6 Validation Engineers. Sign off on completed projects. Follow up on validation leads. Generate sales activity. Work closely with suppliers on a daily basis. Candidate Specification: Degree educated. Minimum of 5 years hands on experience within the following areas: HVAC systems – maintenance. HVAC systems – controls, Cylon, Trend, Trox, Phoenix. HVAC systems – commissioning (air and water balancing. Air conditioning and refrigeration service. Dust collector maintenance. Full clean driving license. Exceptional communication skills. Highly proficient in the use of MS Office. Excellent time management. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Experience within any of the following areas would be a strong advantage: Fume cupboard servicing. Compressed air & breathing air tests. Fumigation methods.
