This role will be to identify leads through various research methods, then qualify and develop those leads through phone screening interviews. Working in partnership with the Recruitment Manager you will introduce developed candidates for open positions, including recurring and pipeline roles. The successful candidate must be experienced and can work on multiple levels, both tactically and strategically in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities: Review CVs and pre-screen candidates (telephone interview/1st round interviews. Organize, facilitate and lead assessment centre's to accommodate high volume recruitment requirements. During high volumes, the recruiter will be involved in administration activities to support the recruitment process and may own the end to end process for specific requisitions. Understand functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements to act as a technical resume evaluation expert. Monitor, review and take action on the daily candidate applications, accurately screening against defined criteria. Work closely with the recruitment team to develop and execute sourcing strategies to increase candidate pipeline to meet overall recruiting goals. Utilize various techniques (Internet sourcing, exploring niche boards, resume mining, print media, networking, LinkedIn, etc) to find appropriate active and passive candidates for specific and pipeline positions. Perform data mining and proactive, outbound calls to reach and acquire active and passive candidates. Requirements: Minimum of 1.5 years experience working in a dedicated recruitment role (inhouse and/or recruitment agency. Experience working in a busy and fast-paced environment. Technical sourcing experience is a must either in-house, or from a search firm or recruitment agency. Demonstrated understanding of the current employment market. Demonstrated leadership and confidence you will take ownership of the role and make it your own. Excellent oral and written communication skills you will be fluent in English, a 2nd language is highly desirable. Strong sourcing and research skills in variety of media, including internet, print, and personal networking. Proficiency with web-based recruiting systems, internet tools and direct sourcing methods (i.e. LinkedIn, Databases, Social Media, etc. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
