We now have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent with our Shared Services team. Job responsibilities include: Answer a high volume of contacts in line with client SLA's and team KPI's. Consistently input data entry accurately, through the appropriate operating systems. Work as part of a team and be able to work on one's own to individual and team KPI's. Perform all duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner at all times. Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures. Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role. Look at opportunities to make changes and improve the inbound team processes. Shifts from anytime between 07:00 - 21:00. Skills, experience, qualifications and attributes required: Previous experience in a contact centre essential. Previous technical Support experience or training required. Fluent written and spoken English. Customer focused. Team player. Proficient in Microsoft office. Advanced Technical skills. Competencies: Verbal and written communication skills. Listening skills. Problem analysis & ability to problem solve. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to multi task and highly organised.
