HR Business Partner. In partnership with its client Kenny-Whelan & Associates is currently seeking an HR Business Partner for the Cork area. The Client: The Client is a well established Pharmaceutical company in the Cork area. Profile : The successful candidate will provide best in class HR support service to specific groups and support the high performance culture on the site. Duties: Deliver a complete HR Service to specific groups. Support Line Leaders to have a direct working relationship with each member of their team. Support, coach and listen to Line managers. Ensure that HR processes and procedures are applied and adhered to consistently and fairly. Support the roll-out of the Leadership Development Strategy. Complete any HR projects, as required. Support a Culture of Continuous Improvement. Educational / IT Qualifications. 3rd Level Qualification – Human Resources, Business or relevant. CIPD Qualification. Desirable: Evidence of Continuous Professional Development desirable. Six Sigma Yellow Belt desirable. Key Experience: Demonstrated knowledge in more than one Pharmaceutical and/or Chemical manufacturing operation (e.g. Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Tech Services etc. At least 3 years+ experience working as a HR Business Partner. At least 1 years’ experience of working as a HRBP within an unionised environment an advantage. Knowledge of and experience in applying Lean Six Sigma and Lean methodologies very desirable.
