Responsibilities. Works with business leaders to champion a high performance culture and to create an environment of trust, dignity and respect, where behaviors are aligned to the Company values. Develop business understanding with an ability to link global and Ireland HR strategic goals to site/departmental business strategy. Work with client leaders to support delivery of their people strategy. Facilitate talent management and succession planning across your client groups, aligned to global processes. Effectively coach managers through handling of complex employee relations and industrial relations issue. Education and Experience. At least 3 years’ experience working within a Multinational environment or at least one years’ experience of working as a HRBP in a unionized environment. Degree or 3rd level qualification (Business, Human Resources. CIPD Qualification desirable. Proven track record of delivering high performance through development and coaching of a team. Ability to respond to changing priorities and deal with ambiguity. Ability to influence & communicate with all employees at all levels. Advanced PC skills such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
