Job Title Sourcing Specialist
Description

At Voxpro we offer customer contact solutions for the variety of well-known international brands. Our services ranging from support in gaming, IT, customer service etc makes our teams diverse and creative.

As a Sourcing specialist you will be working as a part of recruitment team, based in Cork, however you will have an opportunity to interact and support recruitment for other Voxpro sites.

In order to be successful the Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist must exhibit the following capabilities:

  • Demonstrated success using various sourcing techniques to find candidates for hard to fill positions,
  • Use sourcing tools and techniques such as online social networking (including Social media), traditional networking, referrals and Boolean searches to identify candidates.
  • Well-developed employee selection skills.
  • Ability to source top passive and active candidates
  • Proven success at high volume recruitment.
  • Proven ability to learn and apply "new" technology or new tools to source and identify job candidates. Ownership of your own professional development is critical.
  • Willingness and demonstrated ability to effectively cold call and develop talent networks are key differentiators for this position. .
  • High degree of business acumen and critical thinking - ability to quickly understand and represent job requirements/KPIs. Reach out to network contacts for referrals
  • Join applicable groups, post/share jobs to increase visibility
  • Follow up with pipeline candidates via phone and e-mail to keep candidates warm
  • Reach out to niche sites for free trials; respond to solicitation from account representatives.
  • Join industry/function-specific organizations/associations/forums for talent mining and posting possibilities
  • High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, ability to exceed goals with minimal supervision and good business sense.
  • Expertise in the recruitment lifecycle is beneficial.
  • Strong skills in relationship building, critical thinking and verbal/written communications.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1 years of progressively responsible experience in Recruiting..
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations as they relate to resourcing, recruiting and hiring employees.
  • Outstanding multi-tasking and presentation skills.
  • Strong commitment to problem resolution, confidentiality and team building.
  • Ability to interpret and assist in implementing key business drivers/strategies and their relationship to recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to effectively work, communicate and collaborate within a highly matrixed, geographically-dispersed organization.
  • Use of general office equipment (personal computer, keyboard, copy and fax machines).
