But the job comes with more than a few perks.** Close date for internal applications: Sunday 12th November COB ** This person will serve as the Regional Griffin lead and will be a core member of our WW Griffin team, as part of the global Channel Service Operations (CSO) organization.
In addition to the implementation and management of Griffin logic-based rules, this person will also be responsible for supporting regional initiatives and opportunities where Griffin rules can support the requirement and also help to scale and improve logic. Additionally the position will support data analysis of existing rules to determine success and also perform data analytics to help deep dive anomalies and help drive performance improvements

Key Qualifications:
oGriffin Regional Administration:
o - Managing rule and governance process for each regional required griffin rule, this will require interaction with the regional business team and also working with the global Griffin team.
o - At times there will be a need to work across timezones to support other regions.
oGriffin Business Evaluation: Initial review of the business case to determine if Griffin can play an effective part in support of the business case, act as a consultant to the business team
oGriffin Concept Evaluations: Once a rule request has been received, to work with the Griffin Global team to evaluate the request and how to best build a rule to support
oGriffin Rule POR Maintenance: The plan of record is an Apple Internal resource which documents the business expectations for each of our product line of business,( e.g. iPhone) service at a country, channel, program, compTIA, component and issue level. The plan of record will contain (1) service strategy by channel (2) mail in programs by country (3) account exceptions (4) repair facility routing and (5) loaner eligibility.
oThe Channel Operations team will refresh the data every two weeks based on changes implemented via Griffin.
oData Analysis of Implemented Rules: Once a rule has gone live, work with the business team to determine if the results of the rule is in line with the business intent.
oData Analysis of Business Metrics: Continuous review and deep dive of key business metrics, around channel performance (i.e. NPO rates) and channel behaviours (i.e. comptia shifting)
oActivation Policy System Administration: NEW - Still to be defined

Description:
The ideal candidate will be the EMEiA Griffin lead, planning and guidance as part of our core Griffin team. This team includes core members based in both Austin and Cupertino, along with other regional support members based in Singapore and Shanghai. As it relates to our global Griffin platform, the candidate will also help drive the cross-functional communication, partnership, and shared goals with other core AppleCare teams (AC Sales, Logistics, BPR, Planning, Field Services, Engineering and Call Centre teams).
The candidate will also be directly inputting rules and associated logic into our production Griffin system, while ensuring that all logic and logic changes strongly adhere to our stated Plan of Record and existing service strategies. This also means that the preferred candidate will need to partner with each of these external organisations to ensure service infrastructure supports Apple's strategic direction. This role will be based in Cork, Ireland and will report directly into the Regional CSO Manager for EMEiA.
