Job Title Customer Service Representative- W. Cork

Customer Service Executive-West Cork

Full Time, Permanent 37 hour week

Monday to Friday, Shifts between the hours of 8am-7pm (on rotation)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all calls are serviced in an efficient, speedy and highly professional manner.
  • Provide top class customer service to customers
  • Consistently project a professional and customer focused impression of client/company
  • Up-sell or cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers. It is expected that approximately 40% of calls will be customers looking to buy additional products/ services
  • Handle objections effectively and professionally
  • Address all complaints from customers and ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner and within the given guidelines
  • Ensure that feedback is relayed to Supervisor should any of the standards or procedures require change due to system or business requirements
  • Meet the agreed standard levels of quality and key performance indicators
  • Ensure premium level of client satisfaction
Requirements:

  • Customer Service experience required
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Team player with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Good PC Skills
  • Call Centre experience is an advantage
  • Experience of up-selling to customers an advantage
