Job Title HR Business Partner
Description

Responsibilities

  • Works with business leaders to champion a high performance culture and to create an environment of trust, dignity and respect, where behaviors are aligned to the Company values

  • Develop business understanding with an ability to link global and Ireland HR strategic goals to site/departmental business strategy

  • Work with client leaders to support delivery of their people strategy

  • Facilitate talent management and succession planning across your client groups, aligned to global processes

  • Effectively coach managers through handling of complex employee relations and industrial relations issue

Education and Experience

  • At least 3 years’ experience working within a Multinational environment or at least one years’ experience of working as a HRBP in a unionized environment

  • Degree or 3rd level qualification (Business, Human Resources)

  • CIPD Qualification desirable

  • Proven track record of delivering high performance through development and coaching of a team.

  • Ability to respond to changing priorities and deal with ambiguity

  • Ability to influence & communicate with all employees at all levels

  • Advanced PC skills such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
