PepsiCo is on the lookout for a Manufacturing Inventory and Administrator to join our Manufacturing team based in our Food Flavours Plant in Little Island, on a permanent basis. We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo's mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. The successful candidate will report into the Manufacturing Sr Supervisor and support the Operations team. The roles main purpose covers inventory control, Requisitioning as well as the plant administration duties. Principle Accountabilities. Team and site administration. Produce weekly and monthly KPI's for the Operations and Supply Chain functions and update these throughout the plant as appropriate; Update and post weekly plant communications; Create, organise and maintain filing systems for manufacturing processes and site administrative requirements; Act as the warehouse steward for the setting up of the workflows through SAP; Co-ordinate requests for plant visits, liaising with visitors and organising of required PPE; Manage the time and attendance systems for all site employees; Support plant audit processes; Manage office and plant related administrative activities e.g. expense processing, raising of Purchase Orders, office supplies ordering, managing conference room facilities, scheduling of meetings, and management of 3rd party provider relationships etc; Manage plant vendor relationship/performance on a day to day basis. For example, working on supply issues, reacting to operational demands etc. Co-ordinate any new initiatives as requested with external suppliers that have an impact on operations/maintenance or quality teams, e.g. Co-ordination of management meetings and meeting minutes. Follow up on action items as required. Management of the canteen vendor on a day to day basis as required. Inventory control: Ensure the Inventory recorded in plant is up to date and accurate: Weekly reconciliations between SAP & warehouses stock positions; Perform investigations on Inventory discrepancies and execute system adjustments. Manage and co-ordinate cycle counts and Lead annual stock count; Investigate and track Materials Review Board (MRB) issues and lead monthly MRB meetings; Manage monthly return to Vendor process including dump lists; Continually drive continuous improvement initiatives for optimal inventory control, in conjunction with other departments; Run a variance analysis on Actual Inventory Holding v Target Inventory Holding and work with the Supply Planner to target excessive variances; Issue weekly Inventory Status Reports to Key Stakeholders ensuring all restricted material is aged, monitored and reported in the Monthly MRB's; Work with the Supply Planner on the Monthly calculation of excess and obsolescence material as part of the Monthly reserves Process; Meet all internal & external compliance responsibilities including GCS,SOX & AIBI; Adhere to all PepsiCo Health & Safety requirements. Essential Skills. Have a minimum of 4 to 5 years' plus Administration experience working at a senior level, ideally with multinational experience. An understanding of Inventory and Supply Chain operations would be beneficial along with a strong customer focus; Strong analytical skills, complimented by strong relationship management skills; Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with both internal and external customers at all levels; Ability to manage several demands at one time with a calm and professional manner. Proven ability to use own initiative to continually focus and improve processes. Display an ability to work with and communicate with individuals across a variety of functions and levels; Computer literacy and proficiency with office productivity applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and experience in use of SAP a pre-requisite for this role; PepsiCo products are enjoyed by consumers one billion times a day in more than 200 countries and territories around the world.
