Our client, Ireland's largest indigenous outsourced providers are seeking trainee or experienced Health Insurance Product Advisors on a full-time permanent basis. In the role of Health Insurance Advisor, you will be based on-site with our Health Insurance client which operate across Mahon, Bishopstown and Model Farm Road. We are currently recruiting dedicated people with a high level of sales, customer service and administration skills who are looking to qualify themselves in the Health Insurance Industry. Core Areas of responsibilities: Reminding customers of the benefits of choosing this Health Insurance product. Converting leads into sales. Outstanding customer interaction skills and ability to deal with call interactions. Drive self to continually deliver customer satisfaction while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Dealing with private insurance user queries, billing, claims, group pensions and life insurance schemes offered by companies to their staff. Providing your customer with relevant and up to date product knowledge. Teamwork, includes demonstrating behaviours that show commitment to working with others as well as supporting and improving the overall performance of the team. Adhering to scripting without deviation. Competencies: Will have previous experience in a sales or a customer service environment. Administrative experience with a sound knowledge of computer systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong results and a high attention to detail. Resilience and self-motivation.
