Reservations Agent - Fixed term - Maternity Cover. January to March with potential of further extension. Key responsibilities for the role will include. To have full and up to date knowledge of the hotel products and services. To ensure all telephone calls are handled politely and efficiently, ascertaining and accurately meeting the caller’s needs using a client orientated approach. To handle all enquiries promptly, ensuring the customer receives a friendly, professional and efficient response that accurately meets their needs. To handle all reservations through different channels (via email/ fax/telephone/ website) efficiently Welcomes guests as soon as they arrive with great care and attention. Help encourage customer loyalty by building friendly, personalised relationships. Anticipates guests` needs and takes them into consideration. Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon as possible. To maintain departmental brand standards. Cover Reception or Reservations shifts as required per schedule.
