11 month fixed term contract. cpl are working exclusively with aldi distribution centre to recruit a store ops analyst to join their busy team in mitchelstown. reporting directly to store ops director. key responsibilities. check invoices for services and equipment in the area of responsibility following the organisation's procedures. liaise with internal and external auditors and external bodies when required. ensure management of documentation and electronic data. daily/weekly/monthly deadline for over 40 reports. data analysis. the successful candidate will also possess the following: excellent communication, administration, it and document management skills. professional and confident approach with an excellent work ethic. ability to work under strict timelines, on your own initiative and be flexible yet accurate in your approach. ability to engage with senior stakeholders. essential requirements. honours/level8 degree from a recognised third level organisation. proficient in ms office especially excel- pivot tablesnand vlookups. previous experience within a technical administartion role. excellent multitasker. excellent attention to detail and accuracy. this job originally appeared on recruitireland.com.
