Administrator role with Government Services. We are currently looking for an Administrator for our Government Services client . This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong Customer Service an Administrative experience. In return it offers a great exposure to work in an exciting and fast paced environment. Role: Processing customer licences. Logging all enquiries into the systems and escalating where necessary. Providing your customer with up to date account information. Ensuring you are up to date on Government legislation and regulations. Teamwork, includes demonstrating behaviours that show commitment to working with others as well as supporting and improving the overall performance of the team. adhoc duties as required, reporting, filing, scanning, other projects. Requirements: Will have previous experience in a customer service environment or Administrative role. Administrative experience with a sound knowledge of computer systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong results and a high attention to detail. Resilience and self-motivation. Fluent English.
