CPL in conjunction with our partner Pfizer have an opening in the Ringaskiddy facility for a Support Administrator. Business Support (12 month assignment. Location: Pfizer Ringaskiddy Co. Cork. Indroduction. An opportunity has arisen for a Business Support to join the Operations team at the Ringaskiddy API site. This role will provide administrative support for Operations to help achieve Operations targets and continuous improvement in relation to safety, quality, cost and supply. The role will necessitate having an understanding of Operations goals and key result areas, together with an ability to interact with site systems. Role Discription/ Duties & Responsibilities. Continuous Improvement - Compilation, analysis and communication of Operations Metrics. • Maintaining and developing Plan Trackers to monitor EAV, MUV and Adherence to Plan. • Monitoring and displaying KPI metrics and analysing trends within Operations (e.g. Operations metrics, Plant metrics relating to the business fundamentals and Supply and Inventory metrics) to identify improvement opportunities. • Monitoring and reporting closure of QTS actions, change controls and SIMS actions in Operations. Continuous Improvement - Systems. • Monitoring Operations systems for audit-readiness and compliance versus regulatory guidelines and standards. Technical Support for Production Operations. • Supporting the administration of Customs & Excise records. Technical Support for Planning and Inventory Management. • Compiling and maintaining Standard Batch Data. Admin support for Operations. • Maintaining TMS records. • Supporting the preparation and maintenance of plant procedures and the administration of training records. • Filing and archiving batch records. • Supporting the administration of Operations systems. Experience Requirements: Interested candidates should have relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as the ability to communicate and interact effectively with others; an aptitude for IT systems and good knowledge of Microsoft Office; and a self-starter with proven track record.
