Description

HR Administrator-Maternity Contract. Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm. End of January to September with possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the Recruitment and Selection Process. Induction & Training. Facilitate Probation reviews and performance management processes with management. Maintain HR data base. Manage all records. Revision of company documentation in line with current legislation. Ensure that you are up to date with new legislation. Ensure that all policies and procedures are up to date with the assistance of the HR manager. Assist with pension administration. Ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required. Key Requirements: 2+ years’ experience gained in HR environment. Relevant 3rd level qualification in HR or related discipline. CIPD qualification is an advantage. High level of computer literacy.
