Our Cork based client currently have an open vacancy for a HR Administrator to join their team. This is a 3 month contract. Key Responsibilities Provide administration support to the HR team. Administration of systems for HR Department. Support the recruitment team in the administration of the of the recruitment process. Responsibility for ensuring attendance records are accurate and up to date. Responsibility for managing training records. Participate in and support HR related projects and initiatives. Provide support to new hire and orientation process. Provide accurate, relevant monthly, quarterly, annual reports and metrics as required. Experience & Skills Ideally 1 years HR Administration experience in a Multinational manufacturing environment. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Strong communication skills are key. Education & Qualifications 3rd Level degree in Business or HR related field. CIPD qualified or studying for qualification.
