My client a well established Pharmacy Chain require a Pharmacy Manager. This is a permanent Cork role with opportunites for development & progression. Key duties will include (but not limited to) : Ensuring that a professional and confidential level of customer care is provided at all times. Meets the commercial requirements, targets and ethical standards of the organisation. Actively lead their pharmacy team by encouraging a positive team dynamic. Effective in communication communication and experience a learning environment. Maximises sales through up-selling, merchandising and store layout. Encourages professionalism in assisting with customers concerns and/or complaints. Promotes a learning environment by developing staff skill set through training. Ensures accurate stock holding, pricing, ordering, & investigatory practices. Works safely and consistently to meet the standards set out in the company SOP’s. The Store Manager when unfamiliar with Pharmacy Law should request Pharmacist guidance. Skills/Qualifications/Experience. At least 5 years' Retail Management experience ( preferably in Pharmacy. 3rd Level qualification a distinct advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
