Customer Service Advisor. This is an entry level, customer service position where you will start off your training with a qualified and selected group of colleagues who will support and teach you all about this dynamic role. Areas of responsibilities: Answering high volume of inbound calls, logging all enquiries into the systems and escalating where necessary. Ability to balance the customer needs and manage their end to end experience. Teamwork, includes demonstrating behaviours that show commitment to working with others as well as supporting and improving the overall performance of the team. Adhering to scripting without deviation. Competencies: Will have previous experience in a customer service environment. Administrative experience with a sound knowledge of computer systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong results and a high attention to detail. Resilience and self-motivation.
