PE Global are looking for an experienced Service Advisor for a busy after sales department for a Cork City based client. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role with technical knowledge essential. Roles & Responsibilities. The main roles & responsibilities will be to: •Manage & Organise Workshop schedule in a productive & efficient manner. •Meet & Greet inbound customers and liaise with them throughout duration of time their vehicle is in for service or repair. •Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability and take corrective actions if necessary. •Ensure that the Customers vehicle is ready for collection at the pre-agreed time. •Maintain and manage warranty debtors account and all warranty related paperwork and procedures in accordance with company and/or distributors policy. •Insure accurate and up to date invoicing and payment from trade, credit & retail customers. Skills & Competencies. •Strong Communication Skills with fellow work colleagues, customers, suppliers & the manufacturer. •Strong problem solving ability and resolve dissatisfied customer issues in a profession and empathetic manner. •Work independently within the team to manage work flow effectively.
