Seeking an experienced and engaging Business Analyst to assist with a number of exciting digital projects with one of the largest health insurers in the country. Responsibilities: You will lead requirements analysis, validation and verification, ensuing that requirements are complete and concise. You will prepare business analysis estimates and proposals based on business objectives and goals. You will assist in the development of business initiatives. Embrace appropriate and innovative technologies and ideas to deliver business solutions. Conduct peer reviews for other business analysts. Requirements: 5-8 years' experience in a business analyst role with an in depth knowledge of BA practices. Excellent track record in working on major projects, delivering requirements on time and of excellent quality. High level of technical knowledge, able to translate technical solutions into language stakeholders can understand.
