Staffline Recruitment are currently recruiting a junior resource to join their busy recruiting team based in Cork City. At Staffline we specialise in logistics, manufacturing, driving, food processing and white-collar recruitment, Responsibilities: Source and select candidates. Advertise roles aimed at potential candidates. Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc. Support recruitment consultants as required. Preparing and posting advertisements for new roles. Monitor/update job boards. Coordinating interviews. Reference checking. Requirements: Good attention to detail. Good IT and Administration skills (especially in the use of Microsoft Office. Excellent planning and organisation skills. Ability to work under pressure & multi task. Strong communication skill. Time management skill essential. Be able to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment.
