Description

An Office and Sales Administrator is required by CareerWise Recruitment for their East Cork client. The primary purpose of the role is office/accounts administration and sales support for a start-up technology company. This position reports to the General Manager. THE ROLE: * Responsibility Accounts Payable function including; Receiving and matching invoices against Purchase Orders, accurate GL coding and inputting supplier invoices, resolve issues and queries relating to invoices. * Responsibility for Accounts Receivable function including; co-ordination of generating Sales Invoices, Cash application and cashflow forecasting. * General Office Administration. * Assist in order fulfilment and after sales services. * Coordinate weekly sales funnel update and other internal sales activities. REQUIREMENTS: * Book-keeping experience. * Minimum of 3 years' work experience in office administration with an exposure to sales processes. * Understanding of SAGE or equivalent and MS Office tools needed. * Willingness to work in an emerging company environment. This is a 5 day per week role but applicants who are interested in flexible times around core hours will be considered.
