Sales Project Coordinator is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based Client. It is a great opportunity for an innovative Project Coordinator to grow and develop their career in Technology based in environment. THE ROLE: * Working closely with the Project's Business Development Lead to determine project Timelines, Deliverables and Expectations. * Reviewing Customer Documentation and Requirements and disseminating the key and critical elements of the project with minimal input. * Generation of detailed Customer Proposal Documents and Presentations. * Creating, managing and driving the project tracker and timelines with Functional Team to ensure all deliverables are captured. * Maintenance, Filing and Distribution of Documents relevant to customer project. * Arrange any conference calls, video conferencing requirements of project. REQUIREMENTS: * BS/BA degree in a technical field or Business Discipline. * Team administration & coordination experience (a minimum of 5 years. * Experience in managing multiple projects at one time. * Commercial acumen.
