Leading 4* Hotel in Cork City region are recruiting experienced Food an Beverage Manager to take charge of this busy department. You will have full responsibility for Bar, Restaurant, Events and Private Dining. This is a very popular Hotel in a superb location, we now require an experienced Manager with 4/5* background to manage daily operations and plan for the future in this exciting role. You will work closely with Department Heads on training, standards, procedures, purchasing etc to ensure all guests receive excellent service and attention to detail whilse the company meets is commercial objectives.
