My Client is a shared service organisation in Cork and are seeking an experienced B2B telesales agents with fluentcy in German to join their thriving team. This company prides itself on providing excellent customer service through development and training of highly skilled professionals. There are multiple campaigns being recruited for currently with some globally recognised companies. Responsibilities include: Outbound telesales in the German market. Growing and maintaining strong customer relationships for clients. Researching market and related products. Work with clients to understand and identify their strategic vision, objectives and needs while aligning the products and services where business opportunities exist. The ideal candidate will have: Fluency in German and English. College coursework in business or related topics. Outbound Telesales experience. SaaS knowledge. Some form of experience in B2B Sales would be an advantage. Must have a passion for social media, computers, mobile devices, software. Knowledge of E-commerce e.g. buying or selling.
