You'll be part of a dynamic team leading the roll out of new products at this well respected pharma site in Cork which is known for its culture and attractive remuneration packages. This is an exciting opportunity to support a new product as it moves from the design phase into manufacturing. You'll be responsible for moulding a High Performance culture by creating an environment of flexibility, collaboration, engagement and teamwork. You'll be an active member providing support, guidance and expertise to ensure the success of your team and consistently drive towards continuous improvements. Ideally you will have a strong background in Biologics but experience in Pharma or regulated food manufacturing will be considered also. This is a key role so a minimum of 3 years of supervision experience is required for this. A Degree is also a minimum requirement, ideally in Science or Engineering. As this role is supporting new products you will be leading projects to optimise the processes as they are implemented so Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is a definite advantage.I'm looking for dynamic, driven professionals with a passion for progression and a keen, technical mindset.
