Due to a steady period of growth we now have an opening for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Temp Desk. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an established team which is in the forefront of recruitment for the multi-national sector. Duties and Main areas of Responsibilities: Sourcing suitable candidates. Advertise roles aimed at potential candidates. Identify skills to match criteria with relevant jobs. Pre-screening candidates over the telephone. Arrange interviews and medicals. Business Development. EDUCATION: Leaving Certificate. ECDL and/or experience in Ms Office such as Outlook, Word, Excel. Excellent Social Media experience to include Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2 years in Recruitment or a Call Centre essential. Very strong BTB Sales experience. Target driven. SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES: Friendly, personable and efficient. The ability to multi-task. Ability to work in a busy fast paced working environment. Extroverted. High Energy levels.
