Our client is looking for individuals with critical thinking and decision making abilities to join their Risk Management team. Your job title would be an Investigation Specialists and your role would be to evaluate buyers and seller transactions and profiles and help safeguard the company's global customer base. These positions are ideal for recent graduates or people with customer service backgrounds as training is provided. Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to: Taking and verifying customer information Detailed Verification of Information provided by sellers registering on the company platform. Liaising with other departments in order to identify and detect suspicious activity. Be customers first point of contact for any verification queries. Basic Qualifications. Fluent Mandarin and English. Previous work experience in a customer service environment. Knowledge of or experience in a fraud/risk management environment highly desirable. Excellent written and spoken business skills and an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written responses. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.
