Description

An Inside Sales Administrator is needed for a Cork Airport based client for a maternity cover. THE ROLE: *Facilitate effective communication with customers, field sales team, distributors, production and applications engineering teams to achieve customer satisfaction. * Respond to customer enquiries directly or via local sales channels. * Generate quotations and support customer order process. * Manage the shipment process, negotiate with carriers, generate paperwork and follow up to ensure successful delivery. * Issue invoices, follow up payments and chase when required. Liaise with accounts on credit control issues. THE REQUIREMENTS: * Sales and marketing training or experience. * High level of computer skills including Microsoft Office. * Good sales and negotiation skills. * Experience in export logistics and shipping preferred. * Knowledge or experience of electronics industry preferred.
