Senior Industrial Engineer. The successful candidate will provide Industrial Engineering and Lean Manufacturing leadership within the BPI Group and across the site. Role. Assist in developing a road map for lean on-site, with key site goals and timelines. Lead and participate in projects that support the Lean rollout. Drive the Lean philosophy throughout the site. Develop and foster a continuous improvement culture. Develop and Implement a range of Lean and IE tools to improve overall performance. Preparation of floor layouts for manufacturing processes. Conduct Production capacity analysis. Provide support to manufacturing as required to meet the business targets and objectives. Lead and manage assigned BPI personnel, as required. Change agent for the site Lean transformation. Support, mentor and coach Team Leaders and other plant staff. Develop and deliver training programs on site. Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports Stryker's Quality Policy, Quality System and the appropriate regulations for the area they support. Ensure employees are trained to do their work and their training is documented. Provide support to other sites as required by the Ireland CI&A function. All other duties as assigned. Requirements. Degree or Masters in relevant Engineering or Science discipline (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronic, Production etc. Minimum of 5 years' relevant Lean or Industrial Engineering experience. Experience in AutoCAD (preferred, not mandatory. Extensive knowledge and application of Lean/IE tools and methods.
