Job PurposeWorking with the LotusWorks team as a Senior Project Manager, you will be entrusted with the scoping, planning, execution and transition of assigned projects. This will occur within the Value Stream Management organization of Product Management. The position will require leading complex projects, prioritized by the Value Stream Leaders and the Senior Leadership team, within the various Therapeutic Areas of Product Management. You will serve as the primary contact and authority within the Product Management group for assigned projects, and, in collaboration with the Value Stream Leader(s), executes his/her respective projects in-line with business and supply chain strategies and targets to achieve financial and business related results. The Project Manager shall lead specific Life Cycle Management projects such as product changes and transfers within the project portfolio to execute key activities and deliverables. Requirements Previous Pharma, Project Management experience required. Technical transfer, Change Control and Process validation experience desired. Travel Requirements: Up to 20% Team Leadership.
