Your Job Purpose. Working with the LotusWorks team as a Project Engineer, you will develop and Implement Cluster Wide Innovative Business Transformation Systems to enable Best Practice Process and Product Development through the entire Product Lifecycle. Responsibilities. Leading project teams in the deployment of newly designed business systems to the agreed project objectives and assisting in the planning and development of subsequent phases. The position will involve supporting Operations to create pipeline of Continuous Improvement and Innovation projects driving business results. Virtual Team Operating Model to support alignment with new cross-cluster Make structure delivering value improvements in multiple sites. Aligning on and implement technological advancements in multiple sites, and sharing knowledge and avoid effort duplication. Full integration of VTs into cluster/site G&O’s for all team members and functional goals. Tools and Templates -Profession branding, communication sites, documentation, training materials to support operating model. Requirements. Degree level educated or equivalent Qualification in one of these fields or similar: Business Systems/ Engineering. Project Management Certification or experience equivalent to 3 years project leadership. Proven track record in leading significant Change initiatives that have delivered breakthrough results for an organisation. Minimum of 2 years overall business experience required. Demonstrated leadership, training delivery, and deployment of project management/Lean at multiple levels of an organisation required. People management knowledge and experience, and strong cross-functional business acumen required. Proven Track Record in the delivery of cross functional projects.
