Senior Wait Staff Position - We are seeking an experienced Senior Wait Staff for our esteemed client in North Cork. The ideal candidate will have 2 years prior experience in a busy restaurant bistro environment and also: Like to be a part of a great team environment. Have great customer service skills. Possess good food and beverage knowledge. Be able to take responsibility in absence of management. Motivate and lead a team. Assign tasks and duties as required. Ensure smooth operations and all tasks are completed per shift. This is a full time permanent position and an excellent opportunity to work in a fantastic property with lots of room for learning development and career progression.
