The role of Inside Sales Agent sits with our client, a leader in the UK and Irish entertainment sector. This role is based within our Bishopstown office and is close to local bus stops, Wilton shopping centre and CIT. So what you would be doing is... Speaking with customers and refresh their memory on the benefits of partnering with our client. Delivering exceptional customer service to the people you speak with. Advise customers of the products and services and match the best options to suit their needs. Keeping records up to date and accurate. Adhering to data protection and confidentiality laws, you are an upstanding member of society after all! Working closely with your team to achieve targets and goals and supporting each other in all aspects of the job. Full training will be given to you to make sure that you are an expert in your job. We want you to be able to deal with challenging situations and overcome objections with confidence and the training is geared to do exactly that. Excellent Still interested! We would ask that... You have previous sales (not essential) or customer service experience. You have strong communication skills. You have a keen eye for detail.
