Job Title: Civil Project Manager. Location: Munster Area. Salary : Neg DOE. A leading Civil Engineering Company in Munster are now recruiting for an experienced Civil Project Manager with a civils background. The successful candidate will be managing projects in the Munster area. This is an exciting opportunity with excellent career prospects and a highly attractive remuneration package. Responsibilities: Responsible for the delivery of the job on time, within specification and on budget. Manage day to day operational duties. Develop and deliver progress reports, analyse results and troubleshoot problem areas. Ensure all personnel on site conduct their duties to the highest standards. Proactively resolve performance, scope, cost and schedule issues. Progress reporting and Milestone projections. Attending scheduled meetings. Liaising with client and subcontractors. Preparation of tender schedules. Preparation of histograms. Resource /cash loading of schedules. Providing data for payment applications. Completing contract review reports. Requirements: Degree Qualified in Construction or similar relevant discipline. 8 years in Project Management. Road Construction experience is a must. Experience with MS Project. Proven experience in successful delivery of large-scale projects. Full Drivers Licence. Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment. Career driven, and enthusiastic.
