Job Title Regulatory Affairs Coordinator
Description

Duties

  • Be part of recall co-ordination team in respect of creating communications to surgeons/health ministry’s/patients.

  • To assist in co-ordinating and managing Field Safety Corrective Actions

  • To assist in co-ordinating responses to product performance enquiries from surgeons, patients and health care providers.

  • Support litigation cases and co-ordinate the provision of performance data

  • Partner with various manufacturing sites and design centres to obtain product performance summaries and data.

  • Perform all other work related duties

  • Additional activities as deemed appropriate; To adhere to the company’s procedures as detailed in the sop manual

    Qualification and experience

    • Degree in medical, bio-engineering or other life sciences field
    • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a Regulatory/Quality Systems role
    • Experience within a medical device or regulated environment essential
    • Project Management experience desired

  • Experience with statistical and data analysis techniquespreferred

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, ability to effectively manage multiple enquiries and projects
