Job Title Accounts Administrator

We Cork based client currently have a vacancy for a full time Accounts Administrator to join the company on a contract basis to cover a maternity leave.

The individual will work as part of the Finance team with direct responsibility for all the accounts administration for the Sales department.. This role is a full time contract role covering a maternity leave.

The role will include:

  • Stock system management
  • Sales Invoice processing
  • Purchase invoice control and allocation to salesteam.
  • Working with the salesguys re stock levels, outstanding accounts, quotations,pricelists and other day to day paperwork within the department.
  • Dealing with motor tax registration, change of ownership, replacement certs etc.
  • Month End departmental duties
  • Supporting the Service manager with regard to recording technician's time and warranty administration.
  • Supporting the other members of the accounts team providing backup for telephone calls as required.
Other general accounting duties as required.
