Job Title Payroll And Accounts Administrator
Description

Responsibilities.

  • Weekly Payroll for up to 100 employees- Sage Micropay experience beneficial
  • Processing supplier invoices & preparing weekly payment run
  • Assisting in the preparation of Month End and Annual Accounts
  • Assisting Accounts Manager with ad hoc duties
  • Work with IT Technical staff and Consultants to ensure the smooth running of the IT system
  • Set an example of enthusiasm, loyalty and hard work in the performance of all duties
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently, and to take ownership of the role
  • Builds and maintains excellent relationships.
  • Acceptance of responsibility and accountability.
  • Remains calm under pressure.
  • A high level of initiative, with a sense of responsibility
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Set an example of enthusiasm, loyalty and hard work in the performance of all duties.
Candidate Requirements

  • 2 + years' experience working in a payroll role
  • Excellent Computer Skills with a strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Qualified Accounting Technician or similar desirable
  • Knowledge of IT System Administration a benefit
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to allow an informed conclusion
  • Work with IT Technical staff and Consultants to ensure the smooth running of the IT systems
