Job Title Accounts & Office Administrator
Description

Exceptional opportunity for an Accounts & Office Administrator to join a leading technology company based in Cork. Reporting to the Directors the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with the processing and authorising of Debtor/Creditor Invoices
  • Reconciling Debtor/Creditor Statements and dealing with any related queries
  • Credit control, Bank Account reconciliations
  • Processing Supplier Payments and Account receipts
  • Bank Reconciliation, VAT, P30, Intrastat & VIES Returns - ROS Experience is VITAL
  • Liaising with Company Accountant to provide managment accounts
  • Payroll processing– Thesaurus
  • General administration to support the team
  • Assist in any projects as required
  • Dealing with phone calls and visitors
The successful candidate must have a Minimum of 3 Years Experience in an all-around accounts role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills essential coupled with an adaptable and flexible approach and an ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. High level of proficiency in Intact or similiar accounts Package and Thesaurus Software is highly desirable. Salary Commensurate with experience. Hours & Salary negotiable to secure the correct candidate.
