Job Title Payroll & Finance Assistant
Description

The Award Winning Blue Haven Hotel Kinsale is currently recruiting for a Payroll & Finance Assistant. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be joining a strong established team. The successful person will have responsibility for the payroll while supporting the Finance department on various levels.

Main responsibilities:

  • Preparation of weekly and daily reports
  • Reconciliation of daily cash and credit card payments
  • Managing the weekly payroll
  • Assisting with Supplier invoicing & reconciliations

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role
  • Qualified / Part Qualified Accounts Technician
  • Proficient user of Sage Micropay, Sage 50 and Excel.
  • Familiarity with payments systems cash, credit/debit card, and bank transfers
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentational skills
  • Polish speaking an advantage but not necessary
Salary is DOE and term is 12 months initially
