The Clonakilty Hotel & Copper Pot Restaurant, Clonakilty, West Cork, requires an experienced Sous Chef with min 5 years experience in busy restaurant / hotel. Fluent English (oral and written), HACCP trained and eligible to work in Ireland. You will have a passion for working with fresh local produce, ability to work on your own and as part of the team. Salary - €xcellent package and our average week is 45 hours.
